Hamilton Dream Center Ministries is led by a team committed to reliable outreach, responsible stewardship, and clear program oversight. Each role supports the planning, execution, and long-term sustainability of initiatives serving children and families across Hamilton, Ohio.

Executive Director
Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and organizational oversight for Hamilton Dream Center Ministries. This role helps ensure programs remain aligned with community needs, mission priorities, and long-term sustainability.
Pastor Kim Coning
Development & Partnerships Coordinator
Leads grant coordination, donor engagement, and community partnerships to support the ongoing work of the Hamilton Dream Center. This role helps align funding opportunities with program initiatives while building relationships which strengthen long-term sustainability.
Program Oversight
Rhonda Sippel
Treasurer & Ministry Leadership
Rhonda Sippel serves as Treasurer of Hamilton Dream Center, Inc. and the church, overseeing the financial handling and accountability of all contributions. She manages the counting process and ensures offerings are properly received, recorded, and stewarded with accuracy and consistency.
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Rhonda serves in active ministry leadership. She leads a weekly women’s Bible study within the DeCoach recovery outreach, providing teaching, encouragement, and support to women in recovery.
She also serves in children’s ministry, participating in Wednesday night programming and supporting Sunday morning services as needed.
Cassie Lucas
Provides leadership for children and youth programming, including weekly environments and seasonal experiences designed to support growth, engagement, and character development.
Family Support Coordinator
Coordinates family-centered support efforts, including food access and seasonal resource distribution, helping ensure practical needs are met with care and intention.
Leadership and staff work collaboratively to ensure all programs are carried out with consistency, accountability, and a clear focus on community impact. Each role contributes to maintaining structured, reliable outreach which serves families across Hamilton with care and intention.
