Statement of Faith

At Dream Church, our beliefs are rooted in the truth of Scripture and centered on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The following outlines the foundational convictions that guide our teaching, ministry, and community.

MISSION STATEMENT

CORE VALUES

1. That all would come to know Jesus

Christ and be saved. (II Peter 3:9)

2. To follow the Matthew 25 principle:

  • Hungry - feed all body, soul and spirit

  • Thirsty - quench all thirst, spirit, soul and body

  • Stranger - take in all, visitor, hurting, needy and lost

  • Naked - clothe whosoever is in need

  • Sick - visit all, member and non-members

  • Prison - come to any in need, thru visitation or correspondence

3. Teach all to live a godly life for Christ,

walking worthy of the vocation in which

we are called. (Ephesians 4:1)

  • The Hamilton Dream Center is committed to the powerful reality of God's love b y fulfilling the "Great Commission" commanded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our statements o f fundamental truth are established from the Word of God. We are called t o faith into the atoning blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  • 1. In the Bible as the inspired and infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:15-16)

    2. In one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29)

    3. In the virgin birth of Christ, His vicarious atoning death, bodily resurrection, and ascension (Isaiah 7:14; Romans 8:34; Acts 1:10)

    4. In Salvation through the blood o f Jesus Christ ( I John 5:10; Romans 10:13-15).

    5. In baptism by immersion (Matthew 28:19).

    6. In divine healing through the redemptive work o f Christ on the cross (Isaiah 53:4; Matthew 8:16, 17; James 5:13-14)

    7. In the Baptism with the Holy Spirit with the initial other tongues (Acts 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:6) evidence of speaking in

The Vision

Matthew 25:35-40

"For I was hungry and you gave me something t o eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. Then the righteous will answer him, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you? The King will reply, " I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one o f the least of these brothers o f mine, you did it for me."
