Dream Ministry School is a ministry training program designed for individuals who want to grow in both their understanding and practical application of ministry.

This program is being developed as a structured school environment, combining classroom teaching with hands-on ministry experience.

Dream Ministry School is designed to provide well-rounded ministry training, equipping participants not only with foundational teaching, but also with the practical skills needed to serve effectively in real ministry settings.

What You’ll Learn →

Participants will be trained across both academic and hands-on areas of ministry, including:

• foundational principles of ministry
• serving within active ministry environments
• practical preparation for real-life ministry situations

This includes areas that are not always taught in traditional settings, helping individuals become confident and equipped in a variety of ministry roles.

How It Works →

The program will run from September 2026 through May 2027, combining structured classes with real ministry experience.

Participants will also have the opportunity to receive certification through Valley Rock Academy upon completion.

Dream Ministry School will be led by Pastor’s Brian and Cassie Lucas, who carry both a heart for discipleship and a passion to equip others for ministry.
